The Night Clinic (TNC) at Hillcrest Family Health Center provides caring, affordable, high-quality health care in an affirming and welcoming environment. TNC dedicates evenings to care and treatment for LGBTQ men, and our medical providers and staff create an inclusive environment for all, with convenient evening hours and a central location. Services include:
- Mpox Test & Treat
- PrEP & PEP
- STD, HIV & hep C screening and treatment
- Referrals to:
- Insurance enrollment
- Case management
- Mental health services
- Substance use disorder services

As the largest provider of comprehensive HIV prevention, outreach, testing and support services in San Diego County, we offer FREE and confidential HIV testing and low-cost STD tests. These fees include all tests, exams, treatment and follow-ups. If you’re unable to pay, we may be able to waive the fees or assist with insurance enrollment. Don’t let the fees stop you from coming in to get tested!
