Medical Emergencies 

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or go to the emergency room. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call the toll-free Access and Crisis Line: 1(888) 724-7240 [TDD for the hearing impaired: (619) 641-6992], which is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week, call 911 or go to the emergency room. 

If you wish to consult an FHCSD health care professional, you may make an appointment by calling (619) 515-2300. If you are already a patient of FHCSD, you may also call our on-call physician for after-hours assistance at (619) 692-2414.

FHCSD is committed to the privacy of its patients, clients, donors, volunteers and staff members. Participants on its Facebook page should understand that this is a public forum. Do not post anything to this page that you would not want shared publicly. Remember, information posted online is virtually impossible to erase. 

Respect 

FHCSD’s social media sites are informative and respectful forums designed to enhance the health and well-being of our community. Comments or posts on the Facebook page will be deleted, at the sole discretion of FHCSD, if they contain one or more of the following: is abusive, uses offensive language, is off topic, breaches patient or employee confidentiality and/or is obviously spam. We strive for social media forums that are transparent and inclusive; however, we reserve the right to delete activity that is harmful or disrespectful in any way.
